     For your convenience we offer three planning packages tailored to fit your needs. The All Inclusive package offers complete, personalized service-from initial planning to departure of the last guest. For those who prefer to handle most of their own arrangements, we offer the Day of the Event plan-for supervision of the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception.  For brides requesting only Ceremony Rehearsal and Wedding Ceremony directing our Wedding Director Package is perfect. Your Affair To Remember Wedding Coordinator Will:

• Arrange for the perfect locations for your wedding and reception
• Work out availability, scheduling and budgets with caterers, florists, photographers, musicians,   and other vendors-including comprehensive timeline and complete follow up
• Assist with the wording and ordering of invitations
• Advise on wedding etiquette and help mediate difficult situations (such as ex-families and step-   families)
• Help organize and maintain your budget
• Schedule appointments and tasting with vendors
• Consult on creative aspects of event-including color scheme and theme
• Supervise the wedding ceremony and set up of the reception
• Co-ordinate and personally conduct the rehearsal
• Organize and direct wedding processional and recessional
• Set up schedule with photographer for formal portraits and wedding day coverage
• Oversee vendors to ensure all arrangements are taken care of
• Manage reception details, ensuring a smooth-running, and enjoyable event
• Offer unlimited advice and consultation by phone, fax, or email
• This includes 10 hours of personal service on site on your wedding day & a wedding professional   at the reception site overseeing set up



Your Affair To Remember Coordinator will:

• Meet with you three weeks before your event to double check arrangements
• Look over contracts
• Personally contact vendors to confirm details the week of the wedding
• Supervise the wedding ceremony and set up of the reception
• Co-ordinate and personally conduct the rehearsal
• Organize and direct wedding processional and recessional
• Set up schedule with photographer for formal portraits and wedding day
• Oversee vendors to ensure all arrangements are taken care of
• Manage reception details, ensuring a smooth-running, enjoyable event
• Advise on wedding etiquette
• Work with photographer on wedding day photographs
• This includes 8 hours of personal service on site on your wedding day & a wedding professional   at the reception site overseeing set up



Your Affair To Remember Coordinator will:

• 1 hour consultation to discuss ceremony details
• Supervise the wedding ceremony (2 hours)
• Co-ordinate and personally conduct the rehearsal (1 hour)
• Oversee vendors to ensure all arrangements are taken care of prior to final payment
• Manage ceremony details, ensuring a smooth running, enjoyable event
• Offer unlimited advice and consultation by phone, fax, or e-mail
